Cons

For me, the commute is a bit difficult as it leaves little time in the evenings. That is about it.

At the time it was employee owned and the stock did very well. It was a good motivating factor to work hard to increase the upside potential.

Cons

The facilities were not always the best and the location I worked at was far away from the group and executive management so to advance would have required moving.
