Flexible work schedule, salary is pretty OK. Autonomy is at a high level with some respect garnered for efforts above and beyond.

Cons

Limited career growth. Zero education/training budget except for those absolutely required for the exact position description. Education discouraged due to budgetary limitations.

- difficult to move to other open positions within the company across divisions/BUs. - wide variance in compensation for the same jobs - no clear paths for career progression/promotion - turnover of employees vs retention efforts needs work - few minorities in senior ranks
