Pros

-Office workers make this place bare-able. -Immediate management is sympathetic to common worker issues. -Lack of Management allows much free time.

Cons

-Lack of management and poor management choices are driving away customers and potential new work. -Pay is laughable compared to the equivalent position at other companies. -Unwillingness to adapt to new technology and practices. -Movement to adopt proven ineffective and downright terrible practices. -Total unwillingness to listen to employees involved in the work.
