The people - peers as well as managers. Great group but morale has been slipping if not in the federal/govt area
Cons
feel somewhat out on a limb SAIC consulting middle managers need to learn to work virtually a little better. Managers have to consult full time as well as manage people not on their project so there is too much work for them to do either job to the best of their ability - there is a disconnect. See my manager once or twice a year - always on a project and he is too
