Pros

The company takes care of their people very well. They go to great lengths to make accommodations also. There's freedom to pursue new paths if you desire.

Cons

I would like to have a few more hours of leave a month to get an extra 3-5 days a year. There's an opportunity to buy purchase time off. I know they emphasize training and education, but they fall well short of the structure and monetary support needed.
