Pros

Decent PTO package Dental and Vision insurance great

Cons

Medical insurance horrible. Anthem insurance too expensive for 1 person Advance opportunities not there, Additional training through SAIC has to be approved, always denied my upper management. Have to do on your own and hope you get paid on back end. HR does not follow their harrassement and safe working environment policy Incentives and rewards are only for select depts not the entire company

Pros

Flexibility. 100% remote. Great pay. Expectations are clear. The people are collaborative and genuinely want to see each other succeed.

Cons

Lots of organizational changes. This is to be expected, but it seems more frequent here.

Pros

Benefits are okay, pay is okay, work is okay. We didn't do anything particularly innovative or interesting. Free parking and snacks.

Cons

I had to go in to the office three times a week (hybrid) even though my entire team was remote and I didn't work with anyone there. It was purely for numbers so the director could justify keeping an office downtown. It wasn't a particularly friendly or welcoming office and as soon as SAIC hit financial trouble, they laid off a dozen people. This is normal for SAIC.
