Fun work but disconnected

The projects were interesting and the coworkers enjoyable. Immediate supervisor was very caring and supportive. Pay was great.

Cons

The work was for a specific project removed from the general company so I felt really disconnected from the company leadership and culture.

Like any government contractors there is not a lot of stability when the government shuts down programs unexpectedly.
