- They promote and allow for good work/life balance - Managers are supportive and willing to take time to help out with anything - Everyone seems aligned with company goals/direction - Benefits are good- insurance seems decent and pto adds up quickly - Plenty of opportunity to volunteer and engage in the community

Great place to get your foot in the door and disappear with a paycheck for 20 years

Cons

Complete disconnect from corporate from contract locations. I can't remember one time I ever went up to the corporate office for anything, nor had I ever heard from them.

Pros

I have really enjoyed working here for the past year. The work I do is stimulating and I am never bored. The management is great and truly are concerned about your needs. I absolutely recommend you take a look at SAIC if you are looking for a new role.

Cons

The only con I can think of is there is no telework opportunities on this contract. That isn't on SAIC. It is just the contract I am working under.
