Good company but doesn't try to retain employees

Pros

Good company to work for, decent benefits and coworkers were great.

Cons

When our contract was taken over by a new company, SAIC did not try to get any of us new jobs even though I applied to many new jobs and HR was aware of the contract situation. Ended up having to move to a new city for a different company.
