      Looks great on your resume, about the only thing i received from this company was that and a check. Thanks

      Cons

      Cheap company, Greedy people, Poor management, They don't care about the little people. Laid 15 people off some who have been here for 12+ years just because the department is moving to a different state. Did not care to relocate any of them. No severance package. BUT they want us to stay until they hire new people at the new location, AND they want us to train them -_-. I pray we all find jobs that actually care about our well being. Very selfish. Thanks for nothing.

      Pros

      SAIC offered great benefits and fair pay. As a government contractor, I especially appreciated the company's commitment to ethics. Their commitment is more than just a catch phrase.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons. I never had a day where I came to work wishing I could work somewhere else.

      Pros

      There are many opportunities through the country for SAIC and they are willing to help you find one if you would like to move. They have a good idea of where they want to go. There are so many different roles and places that are available, your upward mobility is nearly unlimited.

      Cons

      Very large company so can sometimes feel like a number. This is not true in all cases, but you have to make yourself known. While it isn't obvious at first, its easy to get lost amongst others. Keep sticking your head up and someone will notice you if you have good ideas.
