      Pros

      It's easy to pass the software interview because they pray you won't look at the spaghetti code bases and leave. The benefits are top notch in regards to healthcare and paternity leave.

      Cons

      I still have nightmares that I'm trying to solve the namespace issues in the code base. Very little job security with no performance improvement techniques. Unqualified software leads and they will not work to retain the right talent. If this is your only job offer it works to build experience but keep your head down. Gaining a leadership role is next to impossible.Most sit around and collect a paycheck. Senior engineers will purposely forgo difficult work and make excuses of why it couldn't be done passing it off to brighter interns.
