Engility is a large company and thus the teams you work in and with are the most important for your work like. Luckily my experience has been great. Challenging projects; always opportunities to learn new stuff; standard/good benefits; competitive salary.

Cons

It's a bit chaotic when approaching the end of projects; but usually there will be other projects to work on.
