Pros

Base pay was good at first

Cons

Raises were around 1.5% annually if you had a good review, had a culture of going to work to collect a paycheck, employees never seemed that interested in their work and never seemed to care about producing a great product, silly high turnover rate, everyone complained about the benefits and management didn't care

Pros

Diverse contact portfolio with many options to grow your skillset. Large presence in Huntsville ensures exposure to many opportunities. They offer many tools to aid in professional development if you choose to seek it out. Management will recognize those who are proactive.

Cons

Large company that seems to fall out of touch with its employees when revisiting benefits packages, which is average for a company of this size.
