Not a place for the progressive-minded

Pros

Great stock option plan; pay was competitive.

Cons

Divisions in other locations were actively competing for contracts against other SAIC divisions. It was an environment where we competed against ourselves and many good people were hurt.

big company with good benefits.

Cons

Never got appreciation from the managers. The recruiters give verbal promises and later managers just decline it. They don't even try to keep their valuable employees. No care shown to the employees. They never get feedback from employees why they are leaving. Very bad company to work it.
