Pros
SAIC has always stressed honesty and ethics in everything the company and its employees do. That made working there feel very worthwhile.
Cons
In 2013, SAIC split itself into two companies and the "new" SAIC re-organized itself to have centralized service divisions instead of localized services, including HR and project re-assignment for employees looking for new work after the completion of their current assignment. These new methods do not work as well as the previous local control of resources.
