Good benefits package. Salary slightly above the average in the market.

Cons

bureaucracy for everything, you cannot improve something unless it is approved by the manager of the manager of the other manager. Also, a lot of managers doing nothing. The company has good vision itself but wrong people in many areas, at least, in cloud related.

Cons

there are lots of managers who seem to not communicate with eachother, and you tend to have too many people doing the same thing. And often there is not much vision from management and many aggressive people in management
