Pros

The CEO knows how inspire teams and lead the troops toward success. The culture is AMAZING! It is easy to understand how important the work you carry is within the organization and outside of the organization. There is truly work-life balance in place and it is not preventing us to achieve success. The environment enables you to be productive. Some opportunities to grow beyond the current role exist and it is possible to plan a career.

Cons

The various acquisitions have not been fully merged on the engineering side. It would be awesome to collaborate with peers from success factors or qualtrics on new tech initiatives.
