Great for those looking to settle down for career stability, work-life balance, have families, or looking to "jumpstart" career in tech. Better opportunities if you prefer more managerial roles. - Decent base pay for amount of work, with great non-office benefits - Good Work-life balance due to European Culture - Relatively great stability (in terms of turnover) vs. similar-sized companies - Working hours not very strict, depending on manager.

Not so great for those prioritizing super competitive pay, quick career progression, or high-impact and fast-pace jobs. Especially true if you're more of a technical track person. - While pay is decent, not as competitive vs. others w/ similar market cap/size, or other large tech companies. - Jobs feel relatively low impact if you're working in non-mainline or revenue-generating products. - Heavy bureaucracy due to company size, management decisions can be slow. - Technical/non-managerial positions experience slow career progression & restricted opportunities.
