      Great cultural vibe, but benefits and events are declining

      Pros

      Good work environment, good people, young and great cultural vibe in the Barcelona office (not the case for all offices globally, this one attracts a lot of young talent).

      Cons

      Loosing benefits in the last couple of years. No events, parties or budget for social gatherings. Hard to hire new roles and progress, specially as a designer. Restructuring programs are often (although they do do their best to keep you in other roles)
