Pros

You can meet many interesting and highly qualified software engineers in the company. There are also quite interesting and challenging tasks. The company provides various possibilities to learn.

Cons

The weakest side of the company is its management. Frequently these are incompetent people who make social experiments by bringing chaos into regular development processes. This results in not only buggy software but also demotivates developers. It is the primary factor why SAP cannot be viewed as a good place for software engineers.
