Work culture and the ownership of product gives immense satisfaction which helps the person to grow technically ,functionally and socially.

Cons

till date i have not seen any downside of working in SAP.Untill past few years there was lack of innovation but now there is lot work which is being done in this area

Cons

- Developers are told what to do, very little opportunity to innovate. - Outdated technology: ABAP, In-house tools and frameworks. - Lots of legacy code, extremely difficult to find information. - No standards, no documentation, code quality is horrible. - Source code repository? What is that? - Repetitive boring tasks - Promotions are very infrequent due to the flat hierarchy
