Good benefits like, free transport, and food, car lease, medical insurance, efficient HR and IT processes. The salary hikes and bonuses are good compared to other companies but there has been a decline in recent years. It easy to get appreciated at work if you deliver and showcase your achievements.

Cons

SAP has been late to adopt emerging technologies like cloud and AI. Use of propriety tools and technologies and less adoption of open source in areas like AI and Database. You may feel outdated if you stay long in SAP and the skill may not be relevant outside select few companies who mainly work in SAP implementations.
