Pros

Some of the best minds work for SAP and happy to have been a part of this family. Great non-intrusive work culture, with next to no micro-management. Also great benefits, especially in Germany.

Cons

Recently the strategy from the board and CEO has been somewhat confusing. Some organizational units feel completely ignored and for such units, investments are hard to come by. This is in spite of good customer traction and market share of those products. Cash compensation is on the lower side compared to similar companies.
