Many of the other reviews cover the many perks afforded to employees, but I'd rather focus on other areas.
This is a business undergoing significant change. The rate of change has accelerated over the past couple of years and whilst change at this pace undoubtedly causes friction and challenges, the ambition and strategy being put in place is outstanding. There is an amazing plan to tackle a challenge that none of our competitors have - namely how we create a seamless experience for customers irrespective of which of the many products they are using.
We are breaking new ground across a variety of exciting technical fronts, and opportunities abound for people who want them and exhibit courage and bravery.
Is Sage perfect? No. But then no company is. Are there managers who have been promoted above their capability? In my humble opinion yes, but again this is common in corporates. But there are a lot of amazing people here who are dedicated, hard working and who pull together.
