Support from manager was great, team member collaboration was open and CoE teams provided solid guidance to their clients

Pros

There is some amazing talent in pockets across Sage. The most value in the company is in it's talent. There are some exciting things happening within cloud and payments products that will revolutionise the company. The future could be bright if they can get through this restructure at pace.

Cons

There are lots of legacy bad habits and behaviours in many operating companies. If you are not based in the Newcastle office, it can be hard to influence. Some decisions are made at executive level without local consultation or input.
