Flexible remote Very Manageable workload depending on teams Good family benefits and bonus

Cons

Interesting project on infrastructure etc get centralised in one team, so other team don't get too much chance to learn it. Not much growth technical skill wise. Not much input into design of systems.

Good atmosphere and culture

There was a good atmosphere and culture, decent pay, and sometimes the opportunity to work on interesting projects

Cons

Not all of the engineering work was interesting, quite a deivide between engineering-devops, and a lot of compliance work
