It's a great place to work . Even though it's a big company , it works like a big startup. This means you can effect change if you really want it.great perks and professional development opportunities

Cons

If you come from a development background and expecting to further your technical skills - this is not the place for you. You will notice a dip if you don't keep on top of the tech world outside work This is just the nature of the business

Pros

Salesforce is absolutely a meritocracy. Be excellent, be rewarded. This is the best possible mechanism for retaining people that count. If you're good, you will be recognized. If not, respectfully you are not who we want to work with.

Cons

Some technical architecture suffers from age, but the problems are well recognized, fixes are staffed, and the tooling around the problems does a great deal to mitigate them.
