Pros

Pay apart from this none.

Cons

Never join this company as an LMTS/SMTS, especially in cloud teams. The so-called “cloud” work has no real alignment with actual cloud technologies, and leadership lacks basic technical understanding. The company has adopted a hire-and-fire culture. They assign unachievable targets during probation and use vague or unreasonable justifications to terminate employees. By the end of the day, you may find yourself suddenly jobless with no clarity or warning.

Pros

I have been at Salesforce for nearly a decade, and it remains one of the best places to work in tech. The benefits are top-tier, and the 1-1-1 philanthropy model allows you to genuinely give back to the community. The "Ohana" culture is still present—I work with smart, collaborative people every day. Internal mobility is excellent; I've been able to grow and change roles without having to leave the company.

Cons

The company is massive now compared to when I started. There is definitely more bureaucracy and red tape to get things done. Frequent reorganizations can be tiring and sometimes create uncertainty. It feels much more "corporate" than it used to
