Pros

I have been working at Salesforce for 3 years, and I can confidently say it has been an incredible experience. The benefits here are exceptional, offering comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, and various wellness programs that truly show the company's commitment to its employees' well-being and professional growth. One of the standout aspects of Salesforce is the way they treat their employees like family. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued, and that sense of community has only grown stronger over time. The management team is supportive and genuinely cares about each person's success and happiness.

Cons

While Salesforce provides ample opportunities for professional development, from training programs to mentorship and clear pathways for advancement, an area for improvement is the siloed nature of the departments. This makes it challenging to know what opportunities are available across the organization. Additionally, there is a lack of active in-house career sourcing efforts, which could help employees explore and transition into new roles within the company more effectively.

Pros

My manager and team is amazing. I enjoy working with them and seeing them succeed. The Slack product is also amazing and so well built and thought out. I could see myself working here for a long time (maybe not now with the RTO.) I think the CEO, Denise, is also incredibly smart and compassionate. I feel like she's willing to get involved and seems very approachable.

Cons

Recently announced a return to office that is so aggressive and will lead to departure of so many good people. No additional commuting benefits, or even lunch, just junk food and drinks. It's going to be such a waste of time and money for employees with 0 benefit to us. I'd like to connect with my team but we are spread out so instead I will have to go to the office and sit on zoom.
