Pros

Sanofi-Aventis is a great place to work. People are really welcoming and your manager is always trying to challenge you in order to improve your skills. The atmosphere is great and we are not just colleagues but also friends.

Cons

While I was doing my internship at Sanofi, I was quite disappointed by the salary. I was not paid that much but I could have access to the cafeteria. The salary couldn't help me pay my rent.

Pros

There were some good people but most left on voluntary redundancy or those who didnt get lucky resigned with no pay off. Great that they pay for parking for all staff Nice "human touches" like a present at Christmas Superb that they still pay a Christmas bonus

Cons

They are not good at rewarding those that deliver- focus is more on faces fitting so keep in with the "leadership" team. Lots of parochialism with "leadership" team looking after their own personal interests rather than the good of the company. Little freedom in the UK with lots of decisions not taken in case Paris has a different view
