okay benefit package, until they took away the retirement plan. low traffic volume for the commute, nice scenary on campus.

Cons

compensation is so far below average. you could drive to Jersey and make 50k more. old school, so conservative with thinking.

Pros

Excellent vacation package. Salaries on par with other companies. Frankly, I love the science and they allow me to do it. It is pleasant to see that sanofi runs a tighter ship than previous administration.

Cons

the company was for millington time. There was a lot of comradery in the smaller Genzyme community. It seems to of been lost and leading up to, and since sanofi take over.

- Hardly any advancement opportunities, due to transformation and flattening of organization - Promotions only to those 'in the circle' - Doing more with alot less - Paris pressures - Paris HQ does not understand US business
