Everything. This place had all the potential in the world. Now the French want the Americans gone. We make too much and don't work hard enough they say. We work harder than them and get paid less and have better quality. It's a them problem not an us problem. The fda will catch wind of all the shotty fixes they have eventually.

External employees are EXPENDABLE, more than in other companies. Management cares little for their contractors. I witnessed blatant racism, poor treatment of handicapped people (both of whom were let go on some phony pretense.) Management's attitude is 'they're contractors, we can do whatever we want' [not according to the EEOC people I talked to.] Managers make mistakes then place the blame on contractors and fire them with no notice. Contractors manage contractors and make hire/fire decisions. HR backs up the decisions and makes no effort to get both sides of the story, or treat people fairly. All in all, a toxic work environment. Stay away, far away!
