Pay is low to average compared to other big pharma. Also culture is very bureaucratic. Too long to make decisions for even the smallest thing.

Good compensation, 401K match, and benefits in general.

Cons

A complete lack of culture. Frequent re-orgs and re-structuring. Leadership beyond second level leadership is awful, you're just a cog (at best to them). The attitudes of leadership beginning with some directors on up is dismissive at best. Strategic vision and acumen in many business units is very low.
