      Ability to influence change - even if you're lower in the organization Focused on creating a great culture to attract and retain talent I have the power to grow my career I can get behind what we are doing - managing energy - making it safe, reliable...GREEN! I'm very excited to work in this industry right now

      The pay is worse than the market average - but I think it's going through changes Middle managers are resistant to all the changes - so you have to push hard to reach others higher in the organization

      Pros

      Great corporate culture, very nice and talented employees. Management cares about their people and the company, very supportive of career growth and talent management. Benefits and pay are about average or a little above average for industry. Great work/life balance and lots of flexibilty in work arrangements.

      Cons

      Huge company, difficult to understand all of the Schneider companies. Merging the systems after acquistion has been challenging.
