      Pros

      Very open to new ideas. Culture really feels a lot like the companies that died with the .Com bust. Lots of opportuntiy, and plenty of new opportunities within security.

      Cons

      With Dell, there is some red tape, but it isn't anything that can't be worked around.

      Security focused Decent internal mobility 800lb gorilla in the market

      Cons

      Immature management Focus is on politics, not results. Not woman, minority, LGBT, or non-christian friendly AT ALL Handles internal matters very poorly

      Great minds and exposure to technology. Options to move to other departments or be promoted. Diverse staff with a lot of passion for what they do.

      Cons

      Drop in service to clients since Dell acquisition. High pressure working environment and lack of resources provided to complete jobs and meet expectations.
