Pros

Remote, flexible PTO policy, decent benefits.

Cons

Performing significantly worse than competition within enterprise tech sector, revolving door of leadership from outdated tech companies, reduced compensation even for high performers compared to previous years, focused on acquisition of competition rather than innovation as what was done at SAP. The company is growing by inorganic measures and as a result are unable to retain talent which put them where they are today. Wall Street sees this and is moving its money elsewhere.
