Cons

Rocket ship growth has made the company feel less like the tight company it was 5 years ago. Promotion from within feels limited with more new roles / leadership opportunities going to outside candidates

Pros

Team work makes the dream work! I had a great onboarding experience with helpful and friendly colleagues, a really supportive boss and onboarding buddy. There is a clear structure for new hires which provides great orientation in the first days and weeks in a new organization and role. Superb experience!

Cons

So far I did not experience any downsides...and I am confident it remains as is!
