This is the best place i've ever worked at. Local culture Managers that are promoted from within who understand your processes.

Cons

Inter-team cooperation leaves room for improvement.

Excellent on boarding program, strong "customer first" culture. Everyone wants to help each other, and that's big

Cons

A lot to learn in a short time period. Data / information is kinda scattered about and you have to know who to tap to get it.

Company direction unclear, better tech companies to work for.

Pros

Work life balance and flexibility (although this is job dependent) and good autonomous work. Worked with a great team and was empowered to make decisions. Great disruptive product.

Cons

Not sure where the company direction is heading, very political in management level and nepotism is all too real. No real "culture" and people are fired left and right.
