Company has lots of talented people and is steadily growing. Good opportunity for growth in the company.

Cons

The platform is very difficult to work with. You have the worst of both legacy code and fresh and untested platform.

Pros

ServiceNow has treated me and my family very well. They provide flexible working hours and time off when I need it. They pay and compensate fairly. There are lots of avenues for me to advance my career

Cons

This is a rapidly growing company with lots of ambition. The downside to this is there is a lot of tribal knowledge and legacy applications. Sometimes its difficult to track down owners of applications
