1. Service Catalog team 2. Biasing and favouritism among employees, they generally pick one person from team and give that person regular promotions and leave others behind 3. Don’t gives hikes unless you fight for them and try to give you hike if you show them offers from other companies. 4. Only care about the development of one person in the team. 5. Helpless behaviour in culture.
