Pros

Shurgard are a great company to work for. The Team, from all over the Country, are helpful and friendly. Our District Manager, Jamie Collins, is very understanding and always on hand to help. There is always help and advice readily available from the Management Team, especially our Training Team, Kate and Darren.

Cons

Nothing bad to say about the company.

innovative and engaging environment, but work life balance Suffers.

Cons

I am learning a lot with Shurgard, which offers many opportunities to improve and build a successful career. With several programs and training that allow employees to develop these skills and knowledge. However, flexibility in working hours could be improved. I really appreciate HR for their support, engagement and professionalism... their work is not just impressive but also inspiring.

Steady job variation during the day monthly paycheck is always on time involvement in different projects

Cons

because the stores are normally manned with 2 employees one sickness or a colleague on holiday can make it difficult to get all daily tasks done in time.
