Truly rewarding experience, especially when it comes to career progression. The company is deeply committed to internal growth. Goal-oriented workplace culture where employees are empowered to succeed and grow within the organization. Bonus schemes and motivating incentives based on performance. They also provided one on one training, addition to schemes to listen to employee concerns. Highly recommended to those looking for the next step in their career.
