Pros

You get to be your own boss, working at the store you have the freedom to get your job done at your pace without a manager breathing down your neck.

Cons

The hours are quite long mon-fri 9am-6pm for most stores.

Pros

- work hours 9 to 6, enough time to get on with many other things in the evening - nothing on your mind about work, only working from 9 to 6 without having to worry about anything as soon as it hits 6pm - Rota done monthly so you can plan out your off days for the entire month in advance - Great work ethic - chances of progression throughout the company and training provided.

Cons

- solo working in stores - commuting to different branches (takes up more time sometimes than your own store)

Unfortunately there will always be times in an organisation such as ours, where you are required to travel to other stores within your district, however we do try to keep this to a minimum where ever possible.
