Great training and support form the training team of Kia, Rory and Annette. Fantastic support from District managers and senior management.

Cons

Would like to work less weekends.

Clear Training - DTs, particularly Kia and Rory are a massive help and set a good standard. Good Support Structure - DM, SM and senior figures in the district always on hand to support when needed. Good Communication within the company

Cons

Little repetitive Ceiling for progression is relatively low

Pros

Great company to work for, made to feel welcome from day 1, received my training from Erienne and Rory who were amazing, very patient, explained everything clearly and concisely and were always at the end of the phone for support and advice at any time

Cons

Lack of career progression, unable to progress past store level in the company as they only offer these roles to people outside of the business which is a shame as we do and will lose some amazing people
