Cons
Seems very Chaotic Colleagues are complaining that they are not happy, it gives a lot of pressure and stress for new comers when they see the old colleagues are suffering. There is no connection between the level of management and the employees, we just hear their names in our meeting when they have required new tasks or need another structure.
