      Low salary payer, no opportunity for promotion as flat structure, the reduce marketing budget year on year and have done for 10 years+ according to those with long service which means ever 3 years they have a re-org of marketing and make people redundant, their process of redundancy and applying for roles in the new organisation structure is stressful, unethical and barbaric.

      Bureaucracy. Management has no technical skills at all. This is a company for managers. If you're an engineer, you'll earn little and work very long hours. Overtime is unpaid.
