      Flexible start time. Car park. Good workplace if you're friends with the managers already.

      Cons

      Wage okay at the beginning, but the salary reviews lag behind. Continuously moving flagpole, no or minimal training (highly dependent where within the company) People treated as product, saving on wages but throwing money out the window on anything shiny as if they're magpies.
