      I wound up working a lot, part of that was probably me. Upper management set unrealistic goals without providing a way to achieve them. i.e. set Q1-Q3 goals when all our business came in in Q4 every year, but never changed strategy. Expected same day solution to all e-mails = ignore your priorities, replaced local tech support with crappy remote support that meant I became my own tech support, but didn't lower expectation of my % billable hours.
