      Siemens gives you opportunities to play with the latest technologies and to get used to work on large projects/products under strict QA procedures. Moreover, you're normally part of a team but you can arrange your time and tasks with a good level of independence.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy plays a key role on every activity and sometimes it's too stiff; it also affects career progression and moving forward from your position takes ages. Also, most of the times management decisions are not properly advertised to the employees and business strategies are not clear.

      Pros

      The company develops and manufactures products for a highly-innovative and future-oriented market: health care. And in terms of innovation Siemens Medical Solutions is definitely market leader. Future High-Tech combined with solid engineering; perfect combination.

      Cons

      They have a strict and uncomfortable travel policy. The company is very conservative in daily behavior (like other conglomerates ?) and has a strong hierarchy. The compensation is more average than anything else. The office locations are somewhere in nowhere.
