I feel very secure here. I was told that there haven’t been layoffs in our division in decades. Business model is secure and well maintained. Benefits are above average and people are generally nice and helpful. This is not a very 'corporate' environment, like the one I came from. Which enables for thinks to be more relaxed. Job demands are not to high. Overall a decent place to work.

The people are great at Siemens. They are very down to earth and helpful. There are plenty of things to learn and the company is very diversified in location. It is also part of Siemens AG, so there is the stability of a huge, conservative company behind SBT. Although, SBT itself is very large (10,000+).
